Fastest way of the weight loss

The amino acid treatment with Amin 21 K

This treatment consists of undertaking a diet of protein and vegetables, excluding any type of carbohydrates and fats. Protein is to be consumed in the morning and combination of protein and vegetables at lunch and dinner. The quantity of protein to be taken is encoded by specific nutritional tables, the respect of which determines the effectiveness of the treatment. See an example of a pattern of diet with Amin 21 K, how to calculate the protein to be taken during the amino acid treatment.

A hypothetical scheme of the amino acid treatment with Amin 21 K (21 days treatment) provides protein intake during breakfast and protein and vegetables at lunch and dinner. The vegetables that can be taken, both at lunch and dinner, are between 400 and 600 grams. Exact values to be used during amino acid treatment with Amin 21 K are listed in the attached Reference table and are based on the Targeted weight to be achieved.

As for the proteins, the contribution will be divided between sachets of Amin 21 K, and natural food based proteins (meat, chicken, fish). To get effective results, you need to take exact amount of the each protein source – please check Reference table for the details.

How many bags of Amin 21 should I take?

To calculate how many sachets of Amin 21K should be consumed during the day, you must start by assessing your Current weight & Targeted weight to be reached. Targeted weight is usually 10% less than your Current weight. This value is multiplied by 1.5 for men and 1.2 for women. The result of this multiplication gives the quantity in grams of total amount of protein that your body need per day. (Example: if the Targeted weight of the patient is 70 kg, you will have to multiply 70×1.2 = 84 for female or 70×1.5=105 for male, which corresponds to the total grams of protein to be taken daily). This calculation will help you to understand how many sachets of Amin 21 K should be taken per day. For a more effective result, the source of half of the protein taken daily will come from Amin 21 K. (For the example above, 45g of protein for female, which is equal to 3 sachet of AMIN 21K per day, or 53 g of protein for male, which is equal to 3.5 sachet of AMIN 21K per day). The sachets should be taken between breakfast and lunch(lunch can be swapped with dinner).

The amount in grams of protein taken with Amin 21 K is then subtracted from the total amount of proteins required per day. In the example shown above, therefore, for female, from the value of 84 we subtract 45, i.e. the amount of protein contained in three sachets of Amin 21 K: 84-45 = 39.That gives us the amount of protein to be taken through food. Similarly for the male, with same example above from the value of 105 we subtract 53, i.e.the amount of protein contained in 3.5 sachets of Amin 21 K: 84-45 = 52, therefore 53g of proteins should be taken through food.

For your own Current and Targeted weight and number of sachets to be consumed per day, please use provided Reference table.

Amin 21 K: what to eat?

A treatment with Amin 21 K provides a diet of protein and vegetables. The amount of protein supplement taken from food depends on the food source, so we developed a table indicating a factor that helps to calculate how many grams of each food should be taken.

Food Group A Lean beef/veal/rabbit, lean chicken breast or turkey breast 4.76
FoodGroup B anchovies, shellfish, cod, sole, sea bass 5.88
Food Group C cuttlefish 7.14
FoodGroup D squid 8.33
FoodGroup E octopus 10

At this point you just calculate the amount of protein remaining to be taken in the day from the food source, by the factor contained in the table, to get the exact grams of food: the example fact remains, if the patient wants to take 40 grams of protein by eating chicken, you can simply multiply 40 x 4.76 = 190 g of chicken. Similarly if the patient wants to take 40 grams of protein by eating squid, you multiply 40 x 8.33 = 333 g of squid.

For the amount of food from each food group, pertaining to your own Current and Targeted weight to be consumed per day, please use provided Reference table.
