Meal Ideas

SPICY GRILLED CHICKEN

Marinade:

  • Lean Chicken breast, skin&fat removed (prescribed amount),
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil,
  • 1 tsp lemon juice,
  • salt, peper,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • 1/8 tsp of each: turmeric, oregano, arabic spice mix

Mix all the above ingreedients and marinade chicken overnight or for min 2 hours.
Grill on the hot,dry, non-stick pan.

BROCCOLI SOUP

Ingredients: 

  • 200-250 gr of fresh broccoly florets,
  • 1 small chopped onion,
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt & peper to taste

Boil all vegetable till soft. Mix in the blender to get creamy consistency. Add salt and peper.

SPANACH SOUP

Ingredients: 

  • 200-250 gr of fresh spanach leaves,
  • 1 small chopped onion,
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt & peper to taste

Boil all vegetable for 5 min. Mix in blender to get creamy consistency. Add salt and peper.

GREEN BEANS STEW

Ingredients: 

  • 200 gr of fresh green beans,
  • 1 small chopped onion,
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp tomato paste (no sugar no preservatives added),
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil,
  • salt & peper to taste

Stir onion on olive oil. Add garlic, tomato paste and water. Add salt and peper to taste. Cook till soft.

 

GRILL YOUR MASHROOMS

Without stems. Sprinkle salt & peper once done.

STEAM, BOIL or GRILL your VEGETABLE  in replacement of salad meal

 

 

 

MINCED MEET STUFFED ZUCCINI & EGGPLANT (“KUSA MAHSHI“)

Ingredients:

  • Prescribed amount of Minced Lean beef or veal, all fat removed,
  • 300gr of fresh Zuccni/Eggplant,
  • 1 small grated onion,
  • 2 grated + 2 sliced cloves of garlic,
  • 2 tsp tomato paste (no sugar no preservatives added),
  • fresh parsley,
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh celery,
  • salt & peper to taste

Prepare Zuccini and Eggplant. Mix together mince meat and other vegetable to prepare stuffing. Add 1 tsp of tomato paste inside stuffing, salt & peper to taste. Stuff zuccini and egg pant with the mix and place in the deep pan. Add sliced garlic. Disolve 1 tsp of tomato paste in water. Pour over. Cover with hot water and cook till meat is soft.

ROASTED EGPLANT STUFFED WITH MINCED MEAT

Ingredients:

  • Prescribed amount of Minced Lean beef or veal, all fat removed,
  • 300gr of fresh (sliced and grilled) Eggplant,
  • 1 small grated onion,
  • 2 grated cloves of garlic, fresh parsley,
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh celery,
  • salt & peper to taste

Mix together mince meat and other vegetable to prepare stuffing, salt & peper to taste. Cover with 200 ml of hot water and cook till meat is soft.
Slice and grill egg plant. Fill up each slice with the prepared mix and place back on the grill for few minutes.

KALE CHIPS

200-250gr of fresh kale leaves. Sprinkle with sea salt and spray with small amount of olive oil. Plac eon the baking paper and bake in the oven on 150C for 5-10 min or untill hardened. Get it cool and remove from the paper.

 

 

HEALTHY SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients:

  • Juice of ½ lemon,
  • ½ tsp of Virgin Olive oil,
  • 1 tsp of vinegar,
  • ¼ tsp died oregano,
  • salt&peper to taste

 

Mix all ingredients in the closed jar. Use it on your salad
